Puan Hjh Saadiah Binti Mohd Yusoff, founder of Iman Group Advisory, Senior Agency Manager in Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad for more than 20 years in the industry.

Coming from a background in Human Resources for more than 15 years, starting from the position of an administrative, climbed and strived her way up to become a Human Resources Manager. Organizations that she has worked with include Institut Terjemahan Negara and MBF Property & Management.

With her high achieving mentality, she grasped the opportunity and achieved the Starclub Prudential recognition since 2001 and kept on doing so until today. Being one of the best producers in her agency during that time, she took a step on a path to build her own agency and became one of the pioneer leaders in the industry.

Her passion to aspire and lead individuals to achieve success has made her grown from a 7-man agency to a big tree that has many branches. Becoming the foundation of Iman Group Advisory, the group now gathers leaders from different areas of Malaysia to create a drive to bring each other forward together, as the tagline goes, Rise as One.

Today, Puan Saadiah is giving out a hand of opportunity to those that are looking for a life-changing career.

Saiful Rahman, armed with a Bachelor’s in Business Management (Hons) from UKM, has achieved the distinction of being the youngest Senior Agency Manager promoted within Prudential. His journey began as a Training Manager at PAMB from 2003 to 2005, honing his expertise primarily in knowledge and skills training of agency group. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Saiful Rahman also serves as the President of Iman Group, showcasing his leadership and influence in both corporate and agency building. His dynamic career trajectory and commitment to excellence continue to inspire and elevate standards within Iman Group and beyond.

MOHD HAFIZ BIN MD YUSOF

(EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT) – BUKIT MAHKOTA BRANCH

Mohd Hafiz’s professional journey has been marked by diversity and achievement. Starting as an Islamic Affairs Officer at Majlis Agama Islam Negeri Sembilan, he brought a unique perspective to Iman Group when he joined Prudential in 2015. His ascent to Unit Manager 1 in 2020 and further to UM2 in 2021 underscores his exceptional leadership and strategic vision. Mohd Hafiz holds a Degree in Takhassus Qiraat from Al-Azhar University, Egypt, reflecting his commitment to excellence and deep knowledge base. His blend of Islamic scholarship and managerial acumen continues to drive success at Iman Group, making him a standout leader in the takaful industry.

SHAMILA MASTURA BINTI AZMI

Shamila Mastura Binti Azmi started her profession as an IT Executive and later joined Prudential in November 2011. She moved up to UM1 in 2017 and UM2 in 2022. Her achievements include being a Prudential Wealth Planner from 2012 to 2016, earning Starclub Los Angeles in 2014, and reaching Million Dollar Agency in 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Computer Science (Hons) from UiTM Shah Alam.

HARYATI BINTI KAHARUDDIN

Haryati started her career with Prudential in 2004 under the Bumiputera Direct Recruitment Program (BDRP) and has since carved a path of exceptional achievements. Holding a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from UUM, her professional background spans diverse sectors, including roles in Project Management, as a Personal Assistant for CEO (Special Projects), and experience in real estate sales. Recognized for her outstanding performance, Haryati was promoted to Unit Manager 2 in 2022. She has garnered numerous accolades throughout her career, including the prestigious Starclub awards. Haryati’s multifaceted expertise and relentless pursuit of excellence continue to drive her success and contribute significantly to Iman Group’s growth and reputation in the industry

MUSTAZA BIN BAHARUDDIN

Mus is a seasoned player in the industry with a strong background in leadership and sales. Prior to joining Prudential in 2004, Mustaza served at Telekom Malaysia. He has consistent achievements, including recognition as a Prudential Wealth Planner (PWP) and Star Club. In 2022, he was promoted to Unit Manager 1 (UM1), a testament to his leadership skills and commitment to excellence. Mustaza also has an astounding track record in handling customer insurance claims, ensuring smooth, efficient, and fair resolutions that consistently exceed client expectations. As a Certified Agency Trainer (CAT), Mustaza leverages his experience to mentor and guide his team, driving success and ensuring top-tier service for his clients.

MOHD AZHAR BIN MOHD AZMI

Mohd Azhar graduated with a Diploma in Public Administration (UiTM) and completed Advanced Certificate in Law (ILKAP). Working as a Legal Officer at the Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF), Mohd Azhar later found his passion when he embarked his career in Prudential in 2012 and was later promoted to UM1 in 2023. Amongst his achievements in Prudential were Executive Wealth Planner 2021, Starclub Sydney 2021 and Prudential Wealth Planner.

AHMAD BIN NASIR

(DIRECTOR)

Ahmad is a dedicated and skilled professional in the financial services industry, bringing a strong technical background from his previous role as an Assistant Engineer. Since joining Prudential on 21st January 2014, Ahmad has demonstrated consistent excellence, earning the Prudential Wealth Planner (PWP) title multiple times across the years, including in 2014, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. His leadership capabilities were recognized with his promotion to Unit Manager 1 (UM1) in 2024. Ahmad carries a Diploma in Electrical Power Engineering (Robotic) from UTM. His commitment to his clients and team makes him a valuable asset to Iman Group.

MISPAN BIN OSMAN

Mispan, originally trained as an engineer, transitioned into a distinguished career with Prudential starting in 1999. His rapid rise to UM2 by 2004 and subsequent appointment as Agency Manager in 2008 highlight his adeptness in building and leading successful teams within Prudential. Notably, Mispan has achieved the prestigious Starclub award ten times and attained Million Dollar Agency status on five occasions. His background in engineering enriches his strategic approach to agency building, fostering a culture of growth and achievement. Mispan’s leadership continues to shape Iman Group’s success, emphasizing innovation and excellence in agency building.

NORHAYATI BINTI MOHD RASIP

Norhayati, with her background in education and a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Teaching English as a Second Language, joined Prudential in October 2012. She quickly rose through the ranks, becoming UM1 in 2015 and UM2 in 2016. Her unit achieved Premier MDA status, showcasing her leadership skills and her team’s hard work.

NUR EZZATI BINTI MOHAMMAD SALLEH

Nur Ezzati joined Prudential in 2018 as a fresh graduate with a degree in Public Administration & Political Science, quickly rising to Unit Manager 1 (UM1) by 2024. She’s been honored as a three-time consecutive Starclub Achiever, highlighting her consistent excellence, and has excelled as an Executive Wealth Planner, showcasing her expertise in financial planning and management.
